  Just 5 miles south of Ketchikan is a small native village known as Saxman Native Village. Inside the village is the world's largest collection of authentic totems known as Saxman Totem Park. As you and your party walk or drive through the park grounds, you will have the chance to learn a little of the local native culture, glance in on the local totem carvers working in the carving shed, and listen as your guide shares the stories of the totem poles.
